We are looking for a fun loving nanny/ au pair plus to help look after our kids.
Ideally starting around 20 September 2022:
Our daughter is 11 and loves reading, our son is 8 and is obsessed with his Lego. Both are in school full time so there is lots of free time during the day.
Mum and Dad both work full time.
When the kids are off school, the work is more intensive though we often go away for much of the school holidays.
Main duties:

Supervising breakfast and getting dressed.
School run ( either on tube or in our manual car (driving is optional))
Light housework -laundry (minimal ironing), keeping kids' rooms and Toys tidy and organized, keeping kitchen tidy and emptying dishwasher occasional errands e.g. To post office.
School pick up
Cooking main family evening meal
Supervising homework
Taking kids to activities such as swimming lessons.
Arranging playdates and outings/activities when off school, cooking, arts and crafts, trips to the park.
Bathtime and getting ready for bed.

We have a cleaner who comes twice a week.
We will ask you to babysit a maximum of two nights a week though in reality it is more like once a fortnight.
Four weeks paid holiday a year (most of it to be taken when we take ours.)
We have no pets. We are non smokers.
You will have your own room which is on a separate floor from the rest of the family and your own shower.

experience managing children and creatively encouraging them to do the things they have to do is key. We are particularly looking for someone who is fun, organized and resourceful and can help the family home run smoothly. Someone who enjoys cooking is also desirable - though please note we don't eat much meat if you are a carnivore!

We are lucky to live very close to central London and we are moments away from Primrose Hill park. We are well situated for tube (Swiss Cottage, Belsize Park and Chalk Farm are all less than 10 minutes away) and there are many useful bus routes. We are also in walking distance of Hampstead, Camden Lock, Camden Town and Regents Park (including the zoo). The free hours during the day would be perfect for someone studying by correspondence, a writer or someone who wants to explore London.
