Nail Technician at The Ned, London

The Role

We are currently recruiting for creative and passionate Nail Technicians to join our team at The Ned. Nail Technicians will offer a range of speedy, high quality nails treatments, from Shellac to Nail Art and our well know Cheeky Works Manicure. The role will include keeping up-to-date with all new treatments and procedures, offering excellent customer service and advice to spa guests.

Main responsibilities:

• Offering a range of nail treatments to the highest standard, up-selling and cross promoting our extensive range of products and treatments.
• Ensure Health and Safety requirements are maintained within the treatment area and all necessary reporting practices are followed in the event of accident, equipment maintenance or failure.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of all skills and treatments in order to fulfill role.
• At all times to represent the Spa in a professional and knowledgeable manner and at all times strive to achieve the highest standard of customer care.

Essential Skills:

• Minimum 1 years’ experience of working in a busy day spa, hotel or high end nail bar.
• Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Beauty Therapy.
• Creativity (for Nail Art)
• To build a strong client base through excellence of service.
• Excellent Customer Service and Personality.
• Quick and Efficient
• Professional and Immaculately Presented with a fashionable flair.

How The Ned Happened

Taking over the City’s disused Midland Bank Building, Soho House and Co. And New York’s Sydell Group have collaborated to restore the beautiful Grade I listed building. Hosting 250 bedrooms, 10 restaurants, bars, a member’s club, Barber and Parlour, Ned’s Club Active and Relax, two swimming pools, along with six dedicated event spaces.
