Mystery Shopper, an opportunity to work with a National charity based in Central London.
As the Mystery Shopper you’ll carry out assessments, monitor and review fundraisers activities ensuring compliance and best practice against the charities fundraising guidelines are met.
You’ll collate and report on these findings using Excel, to support continuous development of the fundraising team, and use for performance reviews, recognition and training purposes.
The street fundraising teams are based in different regions around the UK and you would need to travel to assess each region. All travel and accommodation for these visits will be paid for.
To be considered for this Mystery Shopper role you will have:
• Previous experience in either Fundraising, compliance or as a Mystery Shopper.
• You’ll have exceptional Excel skills to record and report on finding.
• Excellent communications to feedback and communicate finding to the wider fundraising team.
• You will be happy to travel across London, and at times nationally.
Please note:
• This is a field based role. You will need to travel around London, and occasional regionally. Travel and accommodation is provided.
• Flexible working pattern is also offered on both a full-time and part-time basis.
