Great opportunity to get involved in a young fast expanding company.
We are a serviced apartment provider with a growing quantity of centrally located apartments. You would be meeting clients on a daily bases so good spoken English is essential. As travel will be required a zone 1 and 2 travel card is included in your remuneration. We rely on emails, and various apps to communicate throughout the day so a smart phone and being comfortable with using it would be fantastic.
Duties as handyman include painting, decorating, carpentry, tiling, basic plumbing and electrical works, cleaning. Decorating and the ability to paint, and use silicone neatly is especially important. Some training can be provided, and some experience will be required.
As stated in addition to these core handyman duties you will be meeting clients on a daily basis and would be expected to communicate with them in a friendly and professional manner.
Two references from your previous employers are necessary.
Salary is £23,000 per annum + zone 1 and 2 travelcard and 20 days holidays. The job is from Monday to Saturday, and Tuesday to Friday (rolling shift) between 9:00-18:00.
