Fluent English and Italian is a must

We are looking for a highly organised individual who is able to use their own initiative and work as part of a team. In addition to this, it is essential that you are hard-working, reliable and can prioritize efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Screening of calls and emails / Act as point of contact
• Preparation of correspondence
• Day to day office tasks

The successful candidate must have:
- a manner that enhances professionalism, superior judgement, communication, effectiveness and teamwork throughout the company.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role preferable
- Excellent English language
- Excellent knowledge of another language (Italian)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to operate and manage ‘sensitive and confidential’ information and data
- Capable of multi-tasking and able to prioritize effectively
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Time management and organizational skills with ability to work on own initiative
- Managing and prioritizing phone calls, emails and post
- Administrative tasks for CEO including file management, archiving
- Proven ability to work and build relationships with others in a professional, positive and confident manner.
