Role Description- Outbound calling to conduct market research telephone surveys across various industries (IT, Financial, Senior Managers and Healthcare) in ONE of the following languages German, Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Estonian, Finnish, Flemish, Greek, Hungarian, Icelandic, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Montenegrian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Serbian, Slovakian, Slovenian, Swedish- Working from a script, surveys take 10-15 minutes to complete- High volume outbound calling to engage with members of public B2CPerson SpecificationA candidate for the Multilingual speaking Market Researchers/ Telephone Interviewers will:- speak one of the following languages with a clear and engaging telephone manner: German, Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Estonian, Finnish, Flemish, Greek, Hungarian, Icelandic, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Montenegrian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Serbian, Slovakian, Slovenian, Swedish- ideally will have previous CATI market research experience, but we are also happy to talk to entry level candidates- good I.T skills, including a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CATI system with quick keyboard skills.- previous experience of working in a call centre environment with a good telephone manner.- be resilient, target driven Full training will be provided.
