Causon Construction are specialists in extensions, Loft conversions and refurbishment and renovations for both residential and commercial customers. Due to growth, we are looking for Multi Trades Builders on a full time basis. The majority of our work is carried out in Kent, Surrey and South East London.
The ideal Candidate will have come from a background of building extension and Loft conversions to an exceptionally high standard.
You must have:
• Fluent English
• CSCS Card
• NI and UTR Number
• A full driving license
• A van
• A set of hand tools (having your own power tools is a bonus, but not essential)
• A high standard of customer service
• The ability to work autonomously
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• The initiative to source the required materials to complete the work
• The confidence to look at a situation and attend to the issue with minimal direction
Skills required:
• Building: 10 + years’ experience
• Carpentry and Joinery: 10 + years’ experience
• Primarily from a carpentry background, with the ability to turn their hand to other trades (e.g. Brick laying, plumbing)
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
Day rate to be negotiated depending on experience.
