We are a fast growing building company currently recruiting operatives, teams in the social housing sector.
Our main type of works is in the social housing sector and we currently have contracts all over Essex, Kent and London and are looking to take on new Builders, Multi-Traders Or Teams to join our team to carry out refurbishments to empty properties for our clients along with Decent Homes Kitchen and Bathrooms.
The value of works can range for £1k - £10k and all jobs include the following -
- Kitchen Installations
- Bathroom Installations
- Polysafe Flooring and Vinyl Tiles
- New Ply Flush Doors
- Painting and Decorating
- Plastering
- Glazing
Need to cover all internal works.
We offer all work on a price work basis with good rates and regular payments as long as works carried out to a high standard and completed on time to meet our clients requirements.
