An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Multi Trade Finisher to join a housing association based in East London on a temporary ongoing contract with the potential of a permanent contract.
You will be required to:
• Independently undertake multi-trade and finishing duties (tiling, painting, decorating etc.) and to assist other multi-trade operatives to deliver first class repairs and maintenance services
• Have minimum 2 years’ experience as a multi-trade/ finisher
• Support the team with collating and updating management data
• Give and receive feedback on work performance with manager
Qualifications Required:
• IPAF Certificate
• Trade Qualification
• Driving License (you will be provided with a van)
