An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Multi Trader to join a housing association based in London on a temporary to permanent contract. My client is looking for a Multi Trader who will be able to inspect properties for defects and complete basic maintenance.
You will be required to:
• Complete basic electrical, carpentry and plumbing repairs.
• Inspect properties for defects
• Undertake painting, decorating and minor repairs to void properties
• Have experience within a similar role
You will need to have:
• A full UK Driving License
• An Enhanced DBS Check
You will be supplied with:
• A van (which will need to be picked up and dropped off each day)
