Multi traders / Decorators Required - Permanent Position
We are a private Building and Maintenance company in North West London, specialising in Social Housing.
We have vacancies for full time permanent multi-traders and decorators. The successful candidate will make general repairs in plumbing, carpentry, decorating, basic electric’s, tiling and plastering.
The candidate should:
• Carry a full UK driving licence and have own tools
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Be able to work solely and also within a team
• Be able to meet project deadlines
• Good attitude, punctuality, good communication skills.
• Be a clean worker, all jobs must be left as they are found.
• We are looking to employ the applicant on a full time basis.
experience in working in social housing and void properties would be an advantage, but not essential.
Company van and mobile phone may be provided. CSCS card required.
We provide in-house training including Health and Safety, Asbestos Awareness.
Starting at £70-£80 + net per day (dependent on experience).
