Due to continued expansion London Property Services are looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join our team of existing tradesmen/women. Working across both planned and reactive maintenance works.

You will need to be experienced at least 4 of the below;

Decorating,
Tiling,
Electrics,
Plumbing,
Carpentry,
Changing locks,
Roofing,
Platerring,
Glazing
Bathroom/kitchen fitting.

The package

Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
28 Days annual leave
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Clean valid driving licence required,
Own vehicle desirable but not essential

We can also offer this position as a CIS role paying a day rate between £120 - £180 depending on experience.- a van can still be provided if required.
