As a skilled Multi-trade Carpenter, you will play a key role as part of the wider team, responsible for reactive maintenance and voids, on a large contract within social housing sector, and insurance works. Responsibilities for the Multi-trade Carpenter: - Carpentry including hanging internal doors, changing locks and fitting skirting boards - Basic Plumbing - Patch Plastering - Floor and Wall tiling - Painting and Decorating To be successful for this role as a multi-trade Carpenter you must have the following: - Capable of hanging doors, fitting skirting etc - experience in other trades including plumbing, tiling, decorating etc - Driving Licence (clean), preferably own your own vehicle. - CIS registered - Any addition qualification is a bonus -- Must have own tools.
