Peabody has an exciting opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative - Carpenter/Wet Trade to join our team in various locations. The successful applicant will join us on a full time, permanent basis and will receive a salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum.
The Multi Trade Operative - Carpenter/Wet Trade role:
An exciting opportunity has come up 8 Multi Trade Operatives (Carpenter/Wet Trade) to join the team.
You will assist with the Maintenance Operations in the smooth delivery of a quality customer focused service. The successful applicant will be skilled to a multi trade level to assist the `Right First Time’ culture we promise our clients. You should also be capable of promoting the PGM Brand.
Due to PGM’s exciting and ambitious growth plans, the work environment for this role is likely to be fast paced and frequently changing. To work effectively in this role, the post-holder will need to be flexible around duties and tasks undertaken and / or base location.
What we’re looking for in our Multi Trade Operative - Carpenter/Wet Trade:
You will be able to demonstrate primary trade background to ensure the experience will assist in ensuring a quality and efficient delivery. The candidate will ensure that they are organised to carry out a multiple number of tasks or calls per day as directed by the Operations team ensuring we are carrying out an efficient service within our service level agreements.
You should be confident dealing with customers and be ready to go the extra mile to uphold customer satisfaction as well as maintaining high quality work ensuring all repairs are carried out to high standards.
Skills/experience required by the Multi Trade Operative - Carpenter/Wet Trade:
- Full UK driving license
- Own tools
- CSCS card
- Asbestos Awareness Training
- experience within the maintenance environment.
- City and Guilds or NVQ in a Relevant trade or relevant experience.
- A van will be provided but you will need to have your own tools.
- You will also need to be flexible in terms of travelling to various locations in London.
