Maintenance 24-7 Ltd is a progressive building maintenance company who specialise in commercial only properties such as national restaurant chains, retail outlets and large pub companies, and due to expansion we are now seeking further experienced engineers for immediate start across London and the South East.
We have the following vacancies available:-
Multi Trades - Good knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, tiling, decorating and general building - Ideally located Central and South London - £11.25 to £12.25p/h depending on experience
The above roles come with a company van for work use only but can be taken home, so a full UK driving license is essential.

We also have a vacancy for another Multi Trade to work on foot in Central London where a driving license is not required and a travel card will be supplied for this role, this engineer must have the ability to carry a small amount of tools with them.
All roles are Full Time on a Paye basis not Self Employed and we offer 28 days holiday including bank holidays, a company pension scheme, and weekly pay.
In return we are looking for hard working well presented engineers with a good knowledge of commercial properties, able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team when required. To have a flexible approach and be able to travel around London and the surrounding as required to cover essential reactive calls.
Engineers would be expected to be on call one week every 5 or 6 weeks so some weekend and evening working may be required during these periods.
