We are an established property maintenance company based in London.We mainly cover the central and north London areas. We are looking for a multi-trade engineer as soon as possible to join our team of engineers. Candidates must have: - Very good English is essential, please don't apply otherwise - Basic plumbing and electrical skills in maintenance and installation:- Bathrooms, toilets, basins, sinks etc, - Stack pipes waste pipes - Investigations of water leaks - Unblocking toilets, basins, sinks etc. - Handyman skills i.e. Repairs to broken locks/doors/windows etc- experience in tiling walls and floors an advantage - Own van - Own tools - Pay depending on experience - Parking and congestion charges paid for -materials provided - Friendly work environment - Self employed position - paid every 2 weeks after you send your invoice The above is based on a 2 week trail.
