We are looking for Self Employed multi-skilled trade contractor to work in response maintenance, covering the London, Kent and South Costal Areas.
You will need A full clean driving licence and will need to be flexible as you will be expected to travel considerable distances to complete work on an almost daily basis.
We require an experienced Multi Trader to work within their growing Property Maintenance Division. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate skills in:
Plumbing
Decorating
Lock Changes
Board Ups
Tiling
Carpentry
You will be required to work alone and as part of a team carrying emergency responsive repairs and planned maintenance.
