We are currently looking for general tradesmen with a broad range of skills to join the company on subcontract basis, operating around London and Home Counties to start immediately. We are a private maintenance and renovation company who work for a client across the South of England. We manage and Fast-renovate properties for Landlord ready for sale.

Starting at £120/day Gross.

Requirements of the role:

Minimum 5 years industry experience
Basic plumbing /electric skills
Kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, carpentry, lock fitting, carpet/Lino laying.
Driving licence
Public Liability Insurance
Ability to work under pressure and to deadline.
Previous experience in a similar role with references.
Own tools and Own vehicle
Willing to travel out to a job and work to completion.
Tax Registered (UTR and Nino) and can legally work in UK.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Potential for long term contract works.
English speaking, knowledge of Polish or Romanian speaking is a benefit.
