Multi-Skilled Tradesman
Up to £130.00 per day.
We are looking for a multi-skilled tradesman to join our small team. We are a small design and build company specializing in mid to high end interiors working primarily in East and South East London. We are looking for someone to work on small to large projects as well as some maintenance jobs.
We are looking for a tradesman that can carry out the following:
• 1st and 2nd fix Carpentry including wood flooring
• 1st and 2nd fix Plumbing
• Plastering
• Tiling (Floors and Walls)
• Painting and Decorating
• Kitchens and built in furniture installation
• Bathroom installation
You will need:
• Good English language and excellent customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and a very high standard of workmanship.
• The ability to understand drawings and to follow detailed instructions.
• The ability to work to deadlines.
• experience of working within occupied premises.
• Your own tools and PPE.
• A full UK driver’s licence and your own vehicle to get to and from the job sites.
A CSCS card would be ideal but is not essential.
This is a self-employed/contract role that may lead to a permanent job for the right tradesperson.
Please note; we are registered with HMRC for CIS so sub-contractors will be subject to tax deduction at the rate stipulated by HMRC and it is essential that you have a UTR.
