THE ROLE
Reporting to the site Supervisor
To ensure the efficient and accurate operation of the weighbridge function and all its related aspects
Taking an active role in all daily operations associated with the safe running of the site
Operating mobile plant and fixed plant
Strict adherence to Safety, Health and Environmental compliance in accordance with current legislation and Brett Group Policies
To take an active role in monitoring operational and SHE KPIs working to targets to drive improvements
Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements on service and quality
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
THE REQUIREMENTS
Proven track record within the industry, although not essential as training will be given
To hold or be willing to work towards a Mobile Plant QCF L2 or above
Good mechanical understanding of fixed and mobile plant would be an asset
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self motivated and able to work as part of a team
Flexible and able to work at other sites a required
