We are a Plumbing and Heating company and rapidly expanding into other fields and require hard working experienced tradesmen who are not scared of hard work and long hours!
Experienced Multi Skilled operative required to fulfill the following duties:

1. Painting; decorating and plastering
2. Plumbing and Tiling
3. Carpentry and Flooring
4. A good all-round knowledge of multi-trade skills.
You will be working in high-value properties, carrying out various tasks from repairing a leak, filling a hole in a wall and decorating, replacing a cracked floor tile or refurbishing a flood-damaged apartment.

Applicant must be able to work to required deadlines.
Work needs to be of exceptional standard
Work needs to be carried out safely and in accordance with client terms and conditions.
Our corporate image and service standards must be maintained at all time.
Be proficient in English with the ability to complete Job sheets at the end of each job.
Maintain a clean; neat appearance at all time.
Respectful to clients
Show tact and discretion when dealing with clients.

Applicant must hold:
CSCS card
UTR Number
Clean drivers license required
£2Million public liability insurance
Own hand tools
Additional training will be provided if required.
Work carried out in and around Battersea; Chelsea; Fulham and Hammersmith areas.

Day rate dependent on experience.
