We are seeking a full time multi-skilled MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE (40 hours per week) with at least five years experience of general building works and with particular emphasis on Carpentry coupled with a strong working knowledge of plumbing and maintenance tasks  to provide a quality repair service to our sheltered housing scheme properties and nursing home at Bencurtis Park in West Wickham, Kent.  A company van and relevant tools will be provided.
