A role has become available at a leading building and maintenance firm.  Our largest client is a leading estate agent.  We carry out works in their rental properties.  Works range from complete refurbishments down to changing lightbulbs.
We are looking for a multi skilled maintenance engineer that can complete a wide range of jobs from painting, to basic carpentry, basic electrics and general handyman jobs.
The ideal candidate:

Have a clean driving licence - A company van will be provided to the right candidate.
Communicate with tenants and landlords in a friendly and professional manner.
Take a ‘first time fix’ approach to all jobs.
Previous experience of a handyman role
Must be consistent, efficient, flexible and have a can-do attitude.

The role is a full time one, the hours are Monday – Friday 8am-5pm.
