Multi Skilled labourer required to fulfil the following duties:
1. Painting; decorating and plastering
2. Plumbing and Tiling
3. Carpentry and Flooring
4. A good all round knowledge of multi trade skills
Applicant must be able to work to required deadlines.

Work needs to be carried out safely and in accordance to client terms and conditions.

Be proficient in English with the ability to complete Job sheets at the end of each job.
Maintain a clean; neat appearance at all time
Respectful to clients
Show tact and discretion when dealing with clients.
Applicant must hold:
CSCS card
UTR Number
Clean drivers licence required
£2million public liability insurance
Additional training will be provided if required
Work carried out in and around Battersea; Chelsea; Fulham and Hammersmith areas.
Day rate dependent on experience.
