We are a growing property maintenance company based in South West London, and are currently looking for a Property Maintenance Engineer/ Multi- Skilled Handyman in South-West London, who is ready to be hands on as you will be required to hit the ground running.
We are looking for a well-rounded, versatile Multi-Skilled Handy Person, who is able to jump right into the role, and make it their own.
Applicants with their own van/tools only.
Duties will include:
- Attending to quotes and providing estimates
- Plumbing (installing, broken taps, fixing pipes, etc.)
- Painting and Decorating
- Electrical Services (Minor fixes)
- Handyman service
- Full refurbishments (kitchen/bathrooms/etc.)
- Odd jobs
Applicants MUST be multi skilled, be flexible, and speak conversational English, trustworthy, self-motivated, reliable and very punctual.
experience with working with a property maintenance company is preferable.
Candidates with full, clean licence is ESSENTIAL.
