Job Role:
We are a growing property maintenance company based in South West London, Clapham and are currently looking for a Property Maintenance Engineer in South-West London, who ready to be hands on as you will be required to hit the ground running.
We are looking for a well rounded, versatile Multi-Skilled Handy Person, who is able to jump right into the role, and make it their own.
Applicants with their own van/tools are preferred.
Duties will include:
Supervising maintenance operations
Attending to quotes and providing estimates
Managing the team
Plumbing (installing, broken taps, fixing pipes, etc)
Painting and Decorating
Electrical Services
Handyman service
Full refurbishments (kitchen/bathrooms/etc)
Odd jobs
Applicants MUST be multi skilled, be flexible, speak conversational English, trustworthy, self-motivated, reliable and very punctual.
Applicants with their own van/tools are preferred.
experience with working with a property maintenance company is preferable.
