Hi, we are looking for honest, reliable and hardworking multi-skilled contractors needed for all aspects of property maintenance within the m25 in London.
Must have own transport and tools and willing to work anywhere in London and must be willing to respond to emergencies. However, we will always try to keep your traveling to a minimum and as close to your home as possible.
We are then also looking for at least 2-3 contractors in the following areas as we do work for a big estate agency with 40 branches. You would need to be willing to cover some or all of the following areas:
Abingdon, Amersham, Ascot, Aylesbury, Bicester, Botley, Bracknell, Camberley, Carterton, Chesham, Didcot, Oxford, Hemel Hempstead, High Wycombe, Maidenhead, Richmond, Slough, Sunbury, Virginia Water.
Must be neat, clean up after all jobs and be able to communicate well in English.
We have 2 types of positions available. Temporary self-employed or permanent self-employed.
What we pay for permanent self-employed:
We pay a daily rate of £110 plus £10 for fuel, depending on where you live. We also pay for your parking and congestion charge where applicable. You will still need to do your own tax, but are guaranteed your weekly wage of £550, even if you don't work.
What we pay for the temporary contractors
Your congestion charge will always be paid.
Parking will be paid.
You will always get a minimum of 3 hours per job, no matter how small, even if it takes you 10min.
£20/h (minimum 3 hours) for all plumbing and electrical jobs.
£18/h (minimum 3 hours) for all other work.
£20 per quotation, which will cover your congestion charge, if applicable, parking and fuel.
