Hi, we are looking for honest, reliable and hardworking multi-skilled contractors needed for all aspects of property maintenance within the m25 in London and around the Bracknell, High Wycombe areas. We do work for estate agencies, so the work is ongoing.
Must have own transport and tools and willing to work anywhere in London. However, we will always try to keep your traveling to a minimum and as close to your home as possible.
Must be neat, work must be professional with good finishing, clean up after all jobs and be able to communicate well in English. Truly multi-skilled applicants will get preference as we need someone that can do all sorts of plumbing, minor electrical works, painting and decorating, tiling, carpentry etc.
We pay a daily rate of £120 plus £10 for fuel, depending on where you live. We also pay for your parking and congestion charge where applicable. After a 3-month trial period we will increase your rate to £160 a day.
