A great opportunity for a serious minded multi-skilled builder to join us to look after our small portfolio of quality rental properties located in Ealing. The maintenance work comprises planned maintenance and upgrades, change-over redecoration, and very infrequent emergency callouts. The building work comprises small-scale refurbishments, conversions and some new-build projects.
This position would suit someone who has a lot of building experience (minimum 10 years), but wants job security to focus on a portfolio of properties and be proud of the end result.
You need to be hands-on, be able to order materials as required, build a small team (we think you'll need at least a labourer to assist from the beginning) and to find tradesmen to help as and when required.
We're happy to start off on a day-rate contractual basis, but will offer salaried employment to the right person.
