Having recently opened our second location, we are on the lookout for an ambitious manager looking to move up from running one site, where they will learn and develop their skills whilst growing with the brand.
Our core business in Clapham Common is supplemented heavily from working with Delivery partners which represents a significant proportion of our business. This aspect of the business is in rapid growth, with us recently opening a delivery only kitchen in East London with plans to keep expanding.
Part of our larger, but independent Clapham Leisure group, we are on the lookout for someone to lead and oversee the teams at these 2 locations, followed by more as the brand expands, with your role and remuneration developing at the same time.
Key responsibilities will be:

Hiring, training, development and retention of both FOH and BOH team members.
Ensuring product quality remains at the highest standards.
Excellent stock control skills.
Actively driving Turnover.
Ensuring highest standards of Cleanliness and Due Diligence are maintained.
