Multi- Lingual Customer Service Agents- / Customer Service Executives / Temp-Perm / Canary Wharf / London GBP9.50ph- (Circa- GBP20,500pa) + Commission*Our Client based in Canary Wharf London on the DLR Line, is a very busy established and respected Contact Centre delivering Telesales Campaigns inbound and outbound on behalf of there Blue Chip Clients. Due to contiuned growth, we are looking for out-Gong personalities to work on a new Multi- Lingual Customer Service Campaign on behalf of a Global Data Services Organisation. We are looking for confident people that have excellent Customer Service skills. We are interested in all potential candidates that have a hard work ethic a second language and looking to forge a career as a Customer Service Agent. Languages of interest: German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish and French.As an Internal Multi- Lingual Customer Service Agent you will be:Following the incoming calls from B2C Customers, handling service request, dealing with cancellations, retentions, complaints, and upselling. Assisting on Live Chat. The campaign is on behalf of a Global Information Service Organisation.
