We are looking for a full time multi drop courier to join our team in Croydon. You will be working directly out of our customers premises on a dedicated delivery route daily. You will be making deliveries within the CR/SM/KT/SW postcode. Local knowledge of the area would be of great benefit.
The role:-
50 Hours per week full time. You will be working Monday to Friday, hours are typically 07:00 – 17:00.
As a Collection and Delivery Driver your day will typically start at 07:00am by planning your delivery route so local knowledge and experience of multi drop deliveries would be a huge benefit, then before you leave the depot you will carry out the relevant safety checks on your vehicle. Your responsibilities then include collecting and delivering parcels both to households and businesses.
You will scan parcels on and off route to ensure tracking information is available to customers and colleagues. You must enjoy driving, even at peak hours and be able to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30kg and be willing to work paid overtime including possible Saturday overtime.
We are looking for positive team players who are willing and flexible enough to help colleagues ensure that all our customers get their parcels to their customers on time. You must enjoy customer interaction; have great communication/Interpersonal skills which will help us deliver our usual excellent customer service.
You will carry out deliveries on your own dedicated Dally route. Currently require drivers for Sutton, Kingston and Croydon.
You will require the following;
A full UK issued manual driving licence (in your current UK address), please note you will be required to show this at assessment.
Your driving licence must cover vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes.
Held a driving licence 5 + years
ZERO penalty points
Previous commercial driving experience
Multi drop experience preferred but not essential.
Fluent writen/verbal English

Daily pay rate of £60.00 - £120.00
You're paid £1.00 per delivered/collected parcel.
Paid for a minimum of 60 drops per day
Average of 80-120 drops per day.
Modern fleet of vans under 5 years old ( company supplied )
