Ashanti Boutique Spa has excellent opportunities for self motivated, friendly multi-disciplinary therapists to join its team at its premier treatment room in East London providing a range of beauty, holistic, sports and eastern/Ayurvedic treatments to our valued patrons.
Complementary, Sports and Eastern Therapies Holistic Massages: Aromatherapy, Deep tissue, Swedish, Lymphatic, Reflexology.
Eastern Treatments: Hot stone massage, Indian head massage, Thai foot massage, Chakra stone massage, Reiki/Seichem, Thai oil massage.
Sports massage
Pregnancy massage
CANDIDATE:
This role would best suit candidates with self-employed/freelance status who want to develop themselves as a business without the risks and over-heads, or who already have existing clientele which they’d like to maintain and add to.
The ideal candidate for this role should posses following:
 A diploma in Complimentary/Holistic therapies, sports massage, Eastern/Ayurvedic treatments at L3 or higher
 Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology
Essential:
 A minimum of 2 years practical professional industry experience
 An ability to work independently
 An ability to work as part of a team and build strong professional relationships
 A passion and drive to help your clients achieve their desired results
 Excellent communication and listening skills
 The ability to put your clients are ease
 A commitment to learning and developing your skills within the industry
 Excellent customer service skills
 Excellent sales skills
 A confident and outgoing personality
 Strict time keeping skills
 Excellent organisational skills
 Able to work under self-employed status
 Commercial and admin skills to develop and maintain yourself as a business
Desirable:
 An understanding of marketing practices
 An understanding of promotional activities
 An interest in contributing to BLOG publications
 Established, genuine relationships with hoteliers and leisure providers
The successful candidate will be able to grow and develop themselves as a self-employed therapist, in a supportive environment.
All candidates will be required to complete an interview and trade test.
