MoYou London, a leading brand within the nail art field is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative.
The job requires:
Respond promptly to customer calls and e-mails and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
Work with other departments to identify solutions to problems identified through customer interactions and reporting
Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge on the items sold by MoYou London
May perform packaging and shipping for sales to clients.
All candidates must:
Good organization skills with a pro-active attitude
Demonstrated ability to resolve difficult customer issues while maintaining absolute professionalism with the appropriate tone and manner
2 + years customer service experience preferred.
Excellent organization and time management skills
Excellent listening skills
Superior written and oral communications skills in English
Fluency in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and Word
Demonstrated adaptability in a changing environment and in the face of stressful situations
experience with Orderwise is preferred.
Working Hours: M-F 9am - 5pm
