Moving Consultant-Private Sector / Customer Service Advisor.
A relocation management company, based in Middlesex, currently have an exciting opportunity for a Moving Consultant / Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team.
Purpose of role
A key part of this role is holding telephone conversations with potential customers, so it is essential that the successful employee must be able to communicate easily and confidently by telephone and via email, in a friendly and helpful manner. This role combines business development and sales office administration.
Responsibilities:
And #61623; Work closely with the B-C Sales Manager on all lead enquiries to track private and corporate opportunities.
And #61623; The ability to convert web enquiries into booked revenue.
And #61623; Document leads
And #61623; Book surveys with relevant country Consultants.
And #61623; Submit private moving pricing quotations to the assignee.
And #61623; Generating new business in line with annual sales and profit targets.
And #61623; To undertake other sales related duties or projects that may be required from time to time.
And #61623; Maintaining the CRM database and following up existing moves that have been quoted.
Skills and experience required:
And #61623; Industry (moving/shipping/sales) experience is not essential but would be preferable.
And #61623; Good numeracy skills
And #61623; Professional and articulate phone manner.
And #61623; Excellent listening skills
And #61623; Excellent communication skills.
And #61623; Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
And #61623; Ability to build good working relationships internally and externally.
And #61623; Good aptitude in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
