Drop Off:
Paid for each delivery that they do, this is called drop fee. £3.75 per drop (delivery). So if they do 4 deliveries in 1 hour they are making £15 an hour.
Hourly:
Riders get paid hourly. In this case, get £7 per hour. On top also get £1 per drop (delivery). For example, if they do 4 deliveries in 1 hour they can earn up to £16 an hour including tips.

All riders receive a kit which includes the jacket and T-shirt, a phone holder, bag for food delivery and a power bank.
