We are delighted to offer an opportunity for an experienced Road Traffic Accident and Credit Hire Claims Handler and Fleet Administrator to join our team.
You will take responsibility for the life cycle of a caseload of Road Traffic Accident,
Duties will include but not limited to
Handling your own caseload of claims on a cradle to grave basis
Review and assess claims, anticipating any potential issues/queries and deciding on course of action
Providing specialist advice and guidance, and sharing of knowledge and expertise, within own division and across the company
Update vehicle rental records, Check vehicle in and out. Keep paperwork up to date.
Requirement:
Friendly and motivated individual, who can effectively manage their own caseload efficiently

• Great organisational and co-ordination skills
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills
• Sound numerical skills
• Ability to prioritise
Clean Driving License
Minimum 28 years for trade insurance purposes
