Seeking a mature, kind, calm and sensible mother's help to assist with 3 young kids.  Perhaps someone who has grown up children or (even grandchildren) of their own.
Ideally someone who lives locally to us due to pre-school/post school hours.  Or live in also considered for the right candidate.
We are a busy, sociable and friendly anglo-australian family of 5.  Mum is currently stay at home, with occasional work from home, and will assist the mother's help.
We have two dynamic and spirited girls, India and Jasmine, aged 4.5 and nearly 3, and an adorable baby boy Orlando, aged 1.
Hours as follows (or similar):
Mon-wed: 7.30-12.30 / 3.15-7
Thursday-Fri: 7.30-9.30/5-7
Household duties would include keeping kitchen tidy post kids meals; cooking simple food for kids; unloading dishwasher, and folding and hanging laundry.  We have a weekly cleaner.
We are looking for someone who understands the demands of caring for young children and is confident in their company/has experience of handling then.  Also someone who is prepared to be flexible, as no two weeks are the same!
