Mothers Help Job in London

Working mother needs a mothers help/nanny approximately 15/20 hours per week looking after our 9 year old son and 13 year old daughter after school. The children need a responsible adult at home after school.
We are looking for someone to generally keep our home and family life in order while we are at work.
The hours are flexible but will typically be 3.30 to 6.30/7 PM 5 days per week. Our son will need picking up from school at 3.30 most days. Our daughter travels to and from school on her own most days. Both schools are within walking distance of our house.
Duties will include the following:
- pick up 9 year old from school on foot
- organise the children for school (uniforms, sports kits packed lunches if necessary, etc.)
- supervise homework, reading and guitar practice, etc
- organising pick ups and drop offs for occasional play dates
- light housekeeping, including helping the children to tidy up the kitchen/living areas and their rooms (we employ a regular weekly cleaner)
- children's laundry/ironing
- cooking simple healthy evening meals 5 times per week
- occasional grocery shopping and errands
- occasional babysitting
- occasional full time help needed during some school holidays if possible and as necessary
Pay is competitive and based on previous experience.
Driving is a bonus but is not required.
The successful candidate will be:
- able to speak excellent English
- living locally to Wandsworth – please do not contact me if you do not live locally
- organised
- CRB checked
- a non-smoker
- caring, patient with a good sense of humour
- 100% reliable and punctual
- trustworthy
- able to demonstrate they have worked with children or teenagers previously in paid employment, and
- able to provide excellent current references
