A family in Southfields is looking for a morning nanny/house keeper to look after and drop off at nursery two girls who are three years old and nearly one to start in mid-October 2022. There may be a couple of trial days at the end of September during the selection process. There will be a few days of settling-in at the beginning of October for a successful candidate.
Hours: Starting at 6.30am, Monday-Friday. 2-3 hours a day (negotiable).
Caring for two girls:
- Waking the girls up and assist them with getting dressed and ready for the day.
- Assisting with the use of potty/toilet. Changing nappies.
- Assisting with bottle feed / breakfast.
- Checking the bags for nursery.
- Dropping off both the girls at the nursery which is located 10 minutes walk away from home. (We use a buggy and a buggy board.)
House work:
- Cleaning up the bottles and dummies.
- General tidying of the living area, including putting Toys away.
- Emptying and replacing nappy bin.
- Changing bed sheets for children once a week.
- Laundry for all members of the family.
- Emptying the dishwasher and putting the plates and cutlery away.
Requirement:
- Punctual.
- Attention to detail.
- Fluent in English.
- DBS checked.
- Previous experience in looking after more than one young child at time.
- Able to provide references.
- Able to commit for a long-term.
The following features will be bonus but not essential:
- Ability to speak Japanese.
- Able to baby-sit on occasion by mutual agreement
- Able to provide extra childcare assistance during the day when a child is sick.
