Professional and friendly couple are seeking a new Nanny to replace current Nanny who is leaving to travel.
Overview: Professional couple with 2 active, happy girls ages 6 and 8 years old. Both attend same school which is a short commute. The girls are described as loving, good sense of humour, social, love arts, music and enjoy school life.
Days/hours: Monday to Friday. Term weeks: 3.15 to 7.15pm with additional 4 hours to carry out children’s domestic duties and cooking. School holidays: full-time hours from 8am to 7pm.
DETAILS OF THE CURRENT SALARY ARRANGEMENT WHICH GIVES THE NANNY FINANCIAL STABILITY. MAY NOT SUIT ALL AND OPEN TO DISCUSS OTHER OPTIONS.
The salary is averaged out and the nanny will receive a weekly basic salary. How? We calculate the total number of hours the nanny will work per year and divide into 52 weeks.
Based on earning £11 net per hour, the nanny will receive £360 net per week – this is an approximate.
Salary: £11 net per hour and will consider £12 net if candidates meets all requirements.
Start date: mid/late August 2022.
Duties: Term time: Collect both girls from school via quick tube journey and take to activities, support school homework such as; spellings, reading and project work. The girl’s need encouraging to do homework so someone with an interest in education who can make learning fun is essential. Prepare healthy basic meals and bath and bed routine. School holidays: organise fun days out, social activities, school homework – projects.
Requirements:
 Minimum 3 years’ solid (no gaps) sole charge Nanny experience with checkable references.
 Fluent English if not native.
 Skilled in building loving and trusting relationships
 Work well in a team with parents
 Interest in education and can make learning-school homework fun.
 Creative with the ability to encourage imaginative play
 Ability to cook healthy meals
 Super – super organised, responsible and mature
 Tidy – clean with high hygiene standards.
 Approachable, friendly and flexible character.
 Have a genuine interest working with children.
 Commit 18 months’ minimum
