A busy language school on Oxford Street is looking for a skilled General Maintenance / Handyman with experience in a range of general maintenance, IT and handyman tasks.  it is a permanent, part time position.
You will be overall management of the property. The job will be based in a fixed location and work load will range from fixing small issues to week long jobs in a number of different areas so a broad range of skills is important. This will include (but not limited too) routine work like changing lamps, basic IT work, paint work, some joinery work (change door handles etc) electrical works (fix plugs change fuses etc.) The candidate will report to the facility manager to ensure all maintenance issues are resolved throughout each day and will be expected to work closely with the team generally.
Requirements:

experience in maintenance work
Good communication skills.
An understanding of joinery, painting, plumbing and general maintenance.
Basic IT knowledge

Your working hours would be: 08.30 am - 12.30 pm (with 30 Mins unpaid breakfast break 10.00 - 10.30).
Hourly rate of £9.15 / hour
