You will work from your home and be issued a state of the art FUEL DRAIN Assistance Patrol Van, loaded with the latest cutting edge FUEL DRAIN EQUIPMENT AND DIAGNOSTIC devices. Job Content On a daily basis, the successful applicant will be responsible for assisting customers at the road side, forecourt or at their home or wherever they might need our assistance draining out contaminated fuel from their vehicles, flushing throughout the fuel line and carrying out diagnostic checks and starting the vehicles , allowing our customers to embark on their journey. No day is ever the same and as such this job gives you the freedom to put your initiative to work. Main Responsibilities Safe and professional driving at all times. Dynamically assessment of risk and incidents in the course of your work. Provide excellent customer care to all our clients. Problem solving of incident in the course of duty. Liaise with our customer contact centre to ensure prompt deployment times, in order to meet up with customers at a minimum time possible. Flexible and adaptable to additional hours required at times of peak demand. Required Qualifications Excellent driving ability and experience experience in automotive and mechanical skills. Understanding of London metropolis and the outskirts road network Being an experienced shift worker is preferable. Able and ready to work under pressure and meet set target. Flexible and adaptable to additional hours required at times of peak demand. Highly reliable and a team player. Driving license to the appropriate category. Positive and enthusiastic attitude. FUEL DRAIN experience is not required; but we also recruit based on your attitude and passion to learn and train all staff to the highest industry standards. The company operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year and for this reason the role is offered on a shift pattern of 6 days on duty, 2 days off duty.
