Due to continued growth, we are now looking to recruit a permanent (full time) Mobile Parking Attendant to patrol various sites in South East London. We are looking for a person who MUST have own Scooter or motorcycle. The role of this position is to issue Parking Charge Notices to vehicles which have been parking on the properties that we manage against the displayed parking requirements. The successful candidate will be required to correctly enforce parking regulations at car parks managed by Capital Car Park Control.   Skills: Must be customer focused, friendly and approachable and able to work in all weather conditions. Full training will be provided  Job Details:  Carry out mobile patrols to assigned properties in an efficient and timely manner / Quickly gain knowledge of Terms and Conditions in place at each of the sites and areas / Ensure that vehicles are parked in accordance with the displayed parking requirements / Vehicles not following the Terms and Conditions of parking areas are issued with a PCN / Car parks are visited regularly / Treat all customers in a polite and professional manner / To be reliable and able to work independently / Own Vehicle/bike and Insurance required.  You will be required to patrol a number of various sites in and around South East London areas and the days/hours required are:  Monday to Friday, between hours of 7am - 3pm.  - Pay £10.00ph + Fuel Allowance  This is a full time, permanent position working 40 hours per week.
