Our client who is one of the leading building services and facility management companies within the UK are looking for a successful candidate who will carry out the role of Mobile Fabric Engineer within the facilities management team.

Job Objectives and Responsibilities:

Provide planned and reactive maintenance on commercial site.
Carry out planned maintenance - general fabric repairs, painting, small plumbing works, water management, etc.
Respond to reactive maintenance and carry out remedial works.
Liaise with sub-contractors, prepare quotes for small additional works.

Qualifications/ Specific Requirements:

Must have experience of working in a similar role i.e. Building maintenance.
Basic knowledge of Health and Safety
Commercial experience
Full Clean UK Driving License
