To work independently or as part of a team carrying out a wide range of cleaning and associated duties to a number of key customer sites in London and the South. Ideally based inĀ Greater London/ Surrey/Sussex/Hampshire or Berkshire we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and presentable to join a reputable team who are fully uniformed and work to high professional standards. Work will involve using traditional hand cleaning methods, small and large equipment such as scrubber dryers, buffing machines, jet washers.
You will need to demonstrate that you can:
Work with customer representatives to address any specific requirements or concerns.
Organise schedules and complete wages and other paperwork.
Manage equipment, materials and stock levels.
Carry out general cleaning duties.
Control costs to ensure services are delivered within agreed budget.
Supervise quality control procedures to ensure high standards are maintained.
Ensure staff present a professional image.
To succeed in this role you will need:
experience in a similar role within the cleaning industry.
Full driving licence.
Strong people management skills.
Attention to detail and high standards of work.
Good relationship building skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
A Good understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
Uniform, vehicle, equipment and training will be provided.
