Facilities Management company based in East London is looking for a full time Mobile Cleaner and Handyman to start as soon as possible.
Duties will include:
- Cleaning commercial properties and communal areas in residential blocks across London and Kent.
- Painting, decorating,
- Carpentry
- Basic plumbing and electrical works
- Fixing / replacing Locks
- Pest control - training to be provided
- Gardening
- Variety of repairs to be carried out internally and externally.
- Visit sites to provide quotations for work.
Must have a clean driving license - Van will be provided.
Must be able to use a variety of tools - all will be provided.
Good Communication skills, must be able to speak and read fluent English.
Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, some additional work may required on some weekends.
