Upstairs the sumptuous décor offers an abundance of comfortable seating areas in a light, elegant and relaxing atmosphere while the basement is our themed bar which changes between Summer and winter themes.

The Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Cocktail Bartender and mixologist to join our bar team.
Successful applicants will have a good understanding of Wines, spirits and Beers. A knowledge of basic cocktails and mixing drinks.
Fantastic Customer service and attention to detail is a must.
You’ll be used to working in a busy environment and have a real sense of team spirit and likes to work in a close knit team.
Essential:
• Previous experience as a Bartender in a high standard cocktail bar
• Good written and perfect verbal English as you’ll be constantly interacting with our guests
• Strong organisation skills and drive to get things right first time
• Excellent attention to detail
• The right to work in the United Kingdom
