Full Time Night Shift Telephonist’s Required For Established Minicab Company - East London.
We are seeking customer focused individuals who can professionally take inbound customer call / travel bookings.

A key requirement is that the applicant must be able to communicate clearly and concisely in the English language.

All applicants will be trained to a standard which will allow them to independently operate our in house dispatch system.

This is a key role within our organisation and it is essential that the applicant(s) possess the relevant interpersonal skills and ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE COMPUTER LITERATE - THIS IS AN ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT.

Previous experience of working within the Private Hire Industry would be advantageous, however not essential.

The successful applicant(s) will be subject to a 3 month probationary period.
