We are looking for a small team of volunteers to join us at Strike Team Alpha in a newly created role as Team Leaders and build and lead a team within our milsim group.
We are to create a number of new teams within our group, including a women's only team, an LGBT team, a young peoples team and an all men's military unit team to name a few and we are looking for experienced military personnel or experienced milsim members to join us and lead a milsim team with Strike Team Alpha.
Our teams are social based but with milsim based activities such as paintballing, airsoft, camping, hiking, museum visits and other activities relevant to milsim, including lots of social activities.
These roles are very flexible and we are looking for regular Team Leaders to create and lead a team within our group.
STRIKE TEAM ALPHA is a not for profit Association that has previously provided activities for those interested in military simulation, survival tactics, prepping and social activities and events in London, including airsoft, camping, hiking and adventure activities.
We are looking to re-launch our Association after we recently lost 2 of our 3 leaders who are currently serving in the British Army and have been unable to commit due to being posted abroad.
Duties Include;
1. To lead a milsim team, including building, coaching and developing that team and build strong team skills and leadership.
2. Planning, organising and delivering training.
3. Attending the Strike Team Alpha Management Team Meetings to give input and help improve Strike Team Alpha.
4. Other duties required for the role.
